Boop is a web service that helps business owners automatically reply to their Google customer reviews. This privacy policy explains what data we handle and how.

Review text is sent to Google's Gemini AI API for analysis and reply generation. Once the response is returned to you, the data is not retained by Boop.

If you connect your Google Business Profile, we use that connection only to post replies you approve. We never post without your action or your configured auto-pilot rules.

You can disconnect Google access anytime in Boop settings, or cancel your subscription to stop all processing. To request data deletion or ask questions, email [email protected].

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel your Boop subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll continue to have full access until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, your subscription remains active until the end of that month, but no refund is issued for the remaining days.

After cancellation, your review history and analytics data remain accessible on your dashboard in read-only mode.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date above and notify active users via email.
