How do I change my reply tone?

Open your dashboard and scroll to the Reply settings section. Pick Warm, Professional, or Casual and click Save. New replies use the updated tone right away; replies already posted aren't changed.

How do I add more locations?

The number of locations Boop manages depends on your plan: Starter covers 1, Pro up to 5, and Agency is unlimited. To manage more, upgrade your plan from the dashboard, then reconnect and select the additional locations.

How does Boop decide which reviews to hold?

Boop automatically replies to positive reviews (3 stars and up) that look safe. It holds a review for your manual review when it's 1–2 stars, or when it mentions sensitive topics (legal threats, health/safety, refunds, discrimination, and similar). Held reviews appear in your activity feed marked "Held" so you can respond personally.

Can I edit a reply after Boop posts it?

Yes — replies are posted to your Google Business Profile, so you can edit or delete any reply directly in Google Business Profile / Google Maps, just like a reply you wrote yourself.

How do I disconnect my Google account?

Click Sign out on the dashboard to end your session. To fully revoke Boop's access to your Google data, go to your Google Account → Security → Third-party access and remove Boop. Cancelling your subscription also stops all processing.

How do I cancel, and do you offer refunds?

Cancel anytime from your dashboard via Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. We don't issue refunds for partial billing periods. Your review history stays available on your dashboard in read-only mode after cancelling. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
